Requirement specification

Manual control comprises two modes of change:

• Change in the operator's tasks, requires that the operator activates pre-designed procedures, such as the effective scenario
• Change in the system situation, typically, a hazard, to which the operator are required to react.

The specification is about all possible mode changes.
