Coordination States

Coordination states refer to the matching between the active scenario (the operator's view) and the operation mode (the designer's view).

In the system design we need to define two operational states: coordinated or uncoordinated.

Coordinated states

These are states that comply with the system design, in normal operation (routine, maintenance, training...),  troubleshooting, or emergency operation.

Uncoordinated states

These are states that do not comply with the system design. Most prominent are:
