Interface activation

  A main source of system failure is due to operator in the wrong mode:

• When the operator does not know how to handle a situation (Example AF 447 accident)
• When the operator does not have the control over the system (Example AF 296 accident).

Function

The supervision station enables the supervisors to do:

• Override the default automatic control
• Select and activate the proper control station for handling hazards manually.

  The Supervisor station enables the supervisor to do:

• Examine and explore the system situation
• Activate the control stations according to the effective situation .
