The station gates are intended to:

Enable rebounding from operator's errors. The gate can detect deviations from the operational protocol, and prompt the operators to check their action.
Provide warning about exceptional operators' activity. When the operators insist on their exceptional action, the gate may send a message to the alarm unit to provide warning about operating in a brittle condition.
