Menu selection enables direct access to many features. It is convenient when the operators are not familiar yet with the operation. However, after they are proficient with the operation, they might find that menu selection slows down the operation. For fast operation, they may prefer to use shortcut keys.
On the other hand, shortcut keys are not convenient for beginners, who might find it diffic ult to memorize the shortcut combinations.
Single-access implies that
operators must follow the only option implemented in the system, which
operators might consider as inferior.
