System-level rules

A system level constraint is one that enables limited operator's deviation from the rule, subject to self-control.

System-level constraints are imposed using the Situation analyzer and the operators intervention through the alarm and supervision units.
Gates provide immediate feedback to the operators about their errors, enabling them to either fix the errors or to take a short detour.
