The dilemma of interaction look-and-feel is about the interface visual style, which affects the user experience.
Multimedia features can help in certain
situations and can hamper the interaction in others. We compare two types look-and-feel designs:
A cool design, providing features adequate for eventual operation, such as alerts, training and sales promotion
A modest design, providing features suited for the goal-oriented operation of real work.
