Unexpected events

Definition

A predictable event is unexpected if as a result, the system situation changes to unexpected, namely, when it gets outside of the design scope

Sources of unexpected events

Unexpected events are attributed to disregarding the risks of a predictable event.

Synonym

In terms of the Black Swan theory ( Taleb ), unexpected events are called Grey Swans.
