This guide recommends on three facilitators, as follows

Alarming

If the operators are not aware of the new risks, they might not be able to prevent the failure .

An alarm is a signal ( Wiki ) generated by the system for informing the operators and the public about new risks in the operation.

Alarms are used to trigger the operators', to attract their attention, and to inform about operational risks .

Recovery

Hazard recovery is an interactive ( ... ) activity, in which the machine informs the operators about the situation, the operators integrate this information with their own information and knowledge, and act to overcome the hazard .

Rescue

The term Recue operation refers to situations our of the design scope. The operation is intended to resume operation in the design scope.
