Formal resilient behavior

Resilient behavior corresponds to the following attributes:

• Compliance with the rules describing the operational constrains
• Consistency with respect to situations.

Behavior specification consists of specifying protocol for routine operation and exceptional situations.

Time considerations

For each of the transitions, the following attributes should be specified:

• Low and high bounds for the expected transition time
• The system behavior when crossing the bounds
• The notification and alarms about crossing the bounds
