Exception handler

The exception handler consists of three sub units:

Machine control, enables the supervisor to take over the automation, and protects the system from risky operator's activity
Trend analyzer, calculates the trend data, and triggers the transition from manual to automatic control (set the human-machine control mode), when necessary (in emergency).
Exception handler, used to identify instances of negative user experience
