Alarm coding

The requirements from the alarms are:

They should be audible
They should alert, shifting the operator's attention to upcoming risks
The level of operator alert should correspond to the risks level and the grace time (as demonstrated in the chart on the left).
They should encode information hinting about the desired operator's response.
