Admin gate

The admin gate enables system administrators to override the normal behavior.

This feature is required for fault testing, such as in maintenance and troubleshooting.

The admin gate consists of two sub-unit:

The command gate, enables the administrators to manually change the human-machine control mode, and to invoke specific automation features
The display gate, enables the administrators to replace the actual measurements with faked data, simulating specific threats.
