Component-level add-ons

Component-level add-ons are feature added to improve the component resilience.

Component resilience is a property of the component, comprising of:

• Reliability
• Robustness
• State visibility .

Component-level hazard detectors

• State sensor, (on-off for switches, open-closed for valves ...)
• State indicator (means for the operator to view the state)
