Traditional training programs are not sufficient for resilience assurance. This chart demonstrates that different training programs should be developed for the different situations:
- Training routine operation targets skill acquisition and development
- Training for hazard recognition is about the perception and recognition of new situations
- Training for recovery when under hazard is about the interaction in the troubleshooting procedures, which are new to the operators
- Training for rescue in emergency is about the perception and recognition of the emergency situation.
