Overview

This chart demonstrates the way to apply rules about state and mode availability and transition in normal operation.

The chart shows that in this example:

• In the Maintenance and Training modes, all steering states are available.
• In the Navigation mode, the available steering states are the Manual and Automatic. The Disconnected mode is considered as either irrelevant or exceptional .
