Stages

1. States and modes are defined manually, based on operation analysis. The output is basic HM interaction rules, describing acceptable state and mode combinations
2. Machine learning in routine operation is used to capture and record operational procedures. The interaction designers can use statistics to accept the rules that are most adequate for safe interaction
3. Machine learning when under hazard, invoked by administrator triggers, is used to capture and record troubleshooting and alarm rules.
4. Emergency operation is used to detect barriers due to unexpected situations and events.
