This chart illustrates the way human factors may affect the system resilience.
The human factors can be classified as static ( properties) and dynamic ( behavior). The human behavior is the human part in the interaction with an operand. The operand may be a machine, a system design or an operative system, depending on the human role, as in the following table:

The human properties affecting the behavior are classified as interests, habits and skills. The effects are mediated by temporal, contextual properties, such as operational conditions and physiological attributes (e.g. fatigue, vigilance ...).
