Evidently, the pilots did not need to concern about the primary
hazard (stalling).
The problem was with the secondary
hazard (the disabled throttle), which was latent. The aircraft did not provide direct indication about the secondary
hazard . The
pilots became aware of it only after trying to complete the flyover.
The guide proposes that
alarms are specified for all potential hazard, in a way that the operators can recognize the risky
situation in time.
